The first looooong day

So we are sitting here in our hostel on technically our first night here. We just woke up from a 3 hour sleep that we thought was all night but it was only 9 o'clock! So here we are now sipping guinness and adjusting to the new time zone.

We had a nice family send off dinner at Swiss Chalet before heading to the airport for our 10pm flight. It was 6.5 hours long but wasn't tooooo bad... There was some onflight excitment as a lady fainted and doctors and nurses flying on the plane were called to help. It was cramped and smelt funny but we made it!

We landed and made all our preplanned travel times that got us to Cambridge at 1pm. The underground was hectic, especially with our 10 bags and suitcases (Colin rolls his eyes.) We were over our weight allowance too but lets not dwell on the past...

We had a delicious first pub meal and spent some time looking online for accomodations. This town is busy but has a good feel and lots of interesting stores and people. Beautiful parks and lovely buildings.

Tis all for now
xoxo

Bloody Hell so you made it. How are the limeys treating you? I must say the picture of the bangers and mash does not look too appealing. Colin haven't had the chance to get to know you real well but I hear you are a real corker. Take care of our Jen and watch out for those bad eggs.
I am sure by now you have figured out it is called a loo.
    Take care you guys.
